We had some very firm ideas about how our web store should look, but we weren't sure if it could be done. Judy just did it! Despite a lot of customization, affiliate program, Quick Books interface, the basics were done within a couple of days, where we'd been quoted months by another company. Then I had a list of 'special requests', which were done and dusted by return of post. As someone who is not very computer savvy, I have a lot of questions: "How can I do this" "what is the best way to do that"..I always got an answer almost immediately. This is 'True Support' and really gives you a feeling of business security.
