This modification to zencart will prepare a special form for the customer to use in order to request an RA number from you to return merchandise.

This zen cart add-on gives you several options via your admin that you can use.  Some of these options include:

• Show Store Name, Address and Phone for Returns (ship to) on Returns Page
• Show Store Name, Address and Phone for Returns (ship to) on Returns Success Page
• Show Different Returns (ship to) Address on Returns Success Page
• Add RMA link or button to the customer's account History page
• Option to have Order Status updated upon RMA Submission
• Option to have Order Comments updated upon RMA Submission
• Automatically Generates the RMA# on Success Page for (Logged in Customers) & Visitors
