Creation of 2 zones - 48 Contiguous US states + DC and "The Rest of the World"

There may be situations where you would want to separate payment or shipping modules depending upon whether the customer is a US customer or an international customer.

EXAMPLE 1.... Your payment methods are 1) authorize.net account and  2) Paypal account. 

You may want to use paypal as the only payment method an international customer can use because you do not have international customers set up in your authorize.net.

EXAMPLE 2 ... You want to use a table rate or a flat rate for US customers ONLY, and want international customers to only be able to use USPS rates

These are the most common reasons why you would need the 2 different US / International zones.  We will set up the zones and, if you let us know where you want them applied, we will also apply them to the payment or shipping modules per your request.
