Core Zen Cart coding allows you to offer coupons to your customers in either a percent off, amount off or free shipping.  This modification will allow you to combine Free shipping with either a percent off or an amount off.

This is ONLY for 1.3.9H - it has not been tested for any other version of zen cart.
