Reset Zen Cart Admin Password

There are times when store owners either forget their username or password to their Zen Cart admin area or they get locked out from trying to log in with a wrong one too many times. 

For whatever of these reasons, we can help to get you back into your admin.  We have posted here the solution to do it yourself.  If that is beyond your skill level, we will be happy to help.

We will need access to your admin as well as to your hosting control panel / database, so once through checkout, we need you to fill out the Upgrade or Site Move form.
