You can use this Zen Cart add on by logging into your admin panel, looking up an existing customer and clicking on a new "Place Order" button. Once you click the button, a new window opens to your storefront and you will be logged in as that customer you have on the phone so you can process an order for them. 

This module comes in very handy for processing phone orders for your customers.

This modification also incorporates Encrypted Master Password - so there is no need to purchase both of these mods.

NOTE:  You will not be able to checkout with the customer's PayPal account using this module.  However, you can enter credit or debit card information on the PayPal side if they have a PayPal debit card.
