Provide online chat support live to your customers using Crafty Syntax Live help! Once we install the software,  we turn on a side box that will show if you are currently available online for a chat - or whether someone leaves you an email. 

Just log into your Crafty Syntax live help admin control panel on your server and wait for a visitor to request a chat. This program also allows you to initiate a chat with visitors by putting a popup message (only if you initiate that function)  and shows you how the visitor got to your site (eg: google search terms) and what page they are on at any given refresh.
