I had 3 calls today from people who had purchased hosting on godaddy servers, and I had to tell them that I would not be able to help them with their current hosting. This distresses me - because I like to help people - so the best I can do is tell people to go to the zen cart forum and search for godaddy problems or godaddy hosting and they would be able to see why I just refuse to work on zen carts hosted at godaddy or one of their subsidiaries.

I am a firm believer in trying to save people heartache as well as money - so this is the stance I have taken over the course of all the years that I have been building zen cart websites, and I cannot deviate from it.

I created a new section on my website that gives links to a few posts - just to make it easy for people to see what I am talking about - and hope that it helps someone tomorrow or down the line.

I LOVE godaddy for domain names - and I am sure their hosting is fine for other non ecommerce type of websites.... I just have to draw a line in the sand when it comes to zen cart websites on godaddy servers
