IMPORTANT Security Fix for ALL versions of Zen Cart

Article Date(s): 08/26/2008 - 12/31/2035

Authorize.net is making changes effective October 1, 2008 which affect the size of Transaction ID values returned when payments are processed.

The Zen Cart Development team has provided a patch for this change via your zencart admin as follows: (please make sure that you change the table name to add the correct prefix such as zen_authorize.net - if you have 'zen' as a prefix on your tables.)

ALTER TABLE authorizenet CHANGE COLUMN transaction_id transaction_id varchar(20) NOT NULL default '';
